WHAT YOU'LL ACCESS
LEVERAGE LINEMAN TRAINING MEMBRSHIP
Lineman-specific footwork and agilities consist of several short-area movement drills designed to prepare athletes for the various and often unorthodox movements and changes of direction that may occur in any play. Balance and core work is time set aside in every workout to do auxiliary exercises that most benefit Lineman in stability, balance, and explosive energy transfer.
Fundamental drill work is meant to be my fun, engaging, and challenging approach to improving technique in run blocking fits, footwork and drive phase as well as technically sound and efficient pass pro.

JAMES STONE
I am originally from Nashville, TN. I’ve been a lineman since I first put on football pads and the intangibles necessary for success in the trenches is what sparked my love for the sport. I played college football at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville where I played mainly center and guard. After college I was blessed with the opportunity to play professionally with brief stints with the Falcons, and Bears. I started training lineman with the recruiting group National Playmaker’s Academy in 2018 and have had the opportunity to work with over 100 lineman with several guys going on to play college. My main goal as a trainer and a coach is to help young athletes maximize their athletic potential, expose them to other like minded and driven athletes in the area and elevate their game technically as well as mentally.
